3. Coaching vs. Counseling Disclaimer

We offer both coaching and wellness services (available worldwide) and licensed counseling (limited to certain U.S. states).
You understand and agree that:

  • Coaching services are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or psychiatric care

  • Licensed counseling is only available to residents of states where we hold a valid license (currently: TX, FL, NM, SC)

  • Participation in quizzes, assessments, or programs does not constitute a therapeutic relationship unless explicitly agreed upon in writing and within the proper legal and ethical context

4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. We use secure third-party payment processors such as ThriveCart, Stripe, and GoHighLevel.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Coaching programs, assessments, digital products, and memberships are non-refundable

  • Counseling services are billed per session and may be subject to insurance rules or private pay policies (see individual agreements)

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and your invoice is paid on time.

5. Scheduling, Cancellation, & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or forfeit of that session

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, materials, and digital products on this Website are the property of Resilient Life Wellness Solutions, LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission

  • Sell or redistribute any digital content

  • Share logins or course materials without authorization
