By opting into our SMS campaign, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Resilient Life Wellness Solutions at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies based on user interactions and campaign activity. On average, you may receive up to 4 messages per month.

Our SMS services support most major mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc. Service may not be compatible with all carriers or devices.
4. Opt-Out
To stop receiving SMS messages from us, reply “STOP” to any message you receive. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message, confirming that you have successfully unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your device after this confirmation.

9. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of material changes via SMS or by email, and your continued participation in our SMS campaign after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes regarding these terms, please contact our support team first. Any unresolved disputes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, USA without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By providing your informed consent where indicated, you acknowledge that you have understood the information below and agree to participate in our text (SMS) messaging service.
Purpose and Description: Resilient Life Wellness & Pamela Dobbie’s text (SMS) messaging service is designed to provide you with helpful information, announcements, reminders, and notifications via text messages sent to your mobile phone. We may use text (SMS) messages to communicate with you for a variety of purposes, including:

Part 2: Participant Email/Phone/Texting Informed Consent Form
You may give permission to Resilient Life Wellness & Pamela Dobbie, to communicate with you by email, phone, and text message (also known as SMS). This form provides information about the risks of these forms of communication, guidelines for email/phone/text communication, and how we use email/phone/text communication. It also will be used to document your consent for communication with you by email, phone, and text message.
1. Risks of using email/texting: The transmission of participant information by email, phone and/or texting has a number of risks that participants should consider prior to the use of email, phone and/or texting. These include, but are not limited to, the following risks:
A. Emails, phone calls/voicemails, and text messages can be circulated, forwarded, stored electronically and on paper, and broadcast to unintended recipients.
B. Email and text senders can easily misaddress an email or text and send the information to an undesired recipient.
C. Backup copies of emails and texts may exist even after the sender and/or the recipient has deleted his or her copy.
D. Employers and on-line services have a right to inspect emails sent through their company systems.
E. Emails, phone calls, voicemails, and texts can be intercepted, altered, forwarded or used without authorization or detection.
F. Emails, voicemails, and texts can be used as evidence in court.
G. Emails, phone calls, voicemails, and texts may not be secure and therefore it is possible that the confidentiality of such communications may be breached by a third party

Conditions for the use of email and texts: Resilient Life Wellness and Pamela Dobbie [The Company] cannot guarantee but will use reasonable means to maintain the security and confidentiality of email, phone, voicemail, and text information sent and received. Resilient Life Wellness and Pamela Dobbie [The Company] is not liable for improper disclosure of confidential information that is not caused by “The Company’s” intentional misconduct.
A. The Company cannot guarantee that any particular email and/or text will be read and responded to within any particular period of time. The Company will respond to text messages, voicemails, and emails Monday-Thursday during the hours of 9AM-5PM, unless otherwise specified. Voicemails, text messages, and emails will not be answered outside of these hours or on the weekends/holidays.
B. Email and texting is not appropriate for urgent or emergency situations. If you experience a mental health or health emergency, please go to your nearest emergency room and/or call 911.

3. Client Acknowledgement and Agreement
I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this consent form. I understand the risks associated with the communication of cell phones, email and/or texts between Resilient Life Wellness and Pamela Dobbie [The Company] and me, and consent to the conditions and instructions outlined, as well as any other instructions that Resilient Life Wellness and Pamela Dobbie [The Company] may impose to communicate with me by email or text. By signing this form, I authorize Resilient Life Wellness and Pamela Dobbie [The Company] to send text messages to my cell phone. I understand that standard text messaging rates will apply to any messages receive. I also understand that I or Resilient Life Wellness and Pamela Dobbie [The Company] may revoke this permission in writing at any time.
I agree not to hold Resilient Life Wellness and Pamela Dobbie [The Company] liable for any electronic messaging charges or fees generated by this service.
I further agree that in the event my cell phone number and or cell provider changes I will inform my provider.
By signing this document electronically or manually you acknowledge you have read it, received it and agree to it.
