Resilient Life Wellness Solutions

Questioning
your relationship with drinking or substances?
What is actually happening
A system on alert for too long reaches for something fast. Sometimes that's a drink. Alcohol acts quickly on the nervous system, which is why it becomes the default when relief is needed and nothing else works as fast. The work is giving your system other ways to settle, so a drink becomes a choice instead of a reflex.

Before you join
Sober Curious coaching and groups are education and support for people questioning their drinking. They are not therapy, not treatment for alcohol use disorder, and not medical care. Stopping or cutting back on alcohol can cause withdrawal, which can be dangerous. If you drink heavily or daily, or have ever had shaking, sweating, seizures or confusion when you stopped, talk with a physician before you change how you drink. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US or go to the nearest emergency room.
